Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notary Fees: All notarization fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Incomplete Notarizations: If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing documents, improper identification, or signer unavailability, a partial service fee may still apply.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Compliance

Our remote online notarization (RON) services comply with New Mexico state laws and use secure identity verification, encrypted technology, and digital recordkeeping to ensure the validity and security of all online notarizations.

Apostille & Document Authentication Disclaimer

We assist clients in obtaining Apostille and document authentication for international use. However, we are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by state or federal agencies. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for processing.
